Bill received a B.A. from Virginia Tech and a J.S. from the University of Puget Sound. He is an inactive member of the Washington State, Washington, D.C. and Texas Bar Associations. Bill serves on the Board of Directors of Portionables Inc. and is a member of the Lake Oswego Country Club.
