2) Discussions with strategic acquirers and private equity groups to identify: a) Those industries in which specific buyers have an interest, and b) The acquisition/investment criteria of each buyer.
In addition to her own research, Sarah coordinates market and buyer research performed by BTSI's New York research affiliates.
Through her on-going relationships with strategic acquirers and private equity groups, Sarah plays a central role in maintaining Business Transition Service's extensive database of buyers/investors.
Previously, Sarah worked for U.S. Bank. Prior to that, she worked for Sitel as a market researcher and customer service provider.
